A "useful article" is defined as "an article having an intrinsic utilitarian function that is not merely to portray the appearance of the article or to convey information."

Keep Photo in use in multiple probjects. Photo is of an automobile; previous policy has been that photos of automobiles are allowable on Commons. (If you think policy is wrong, I suggest challenging and suggesting a new policy, rather than challenging this particular photo which to me does not appear markedly different in any potential derivative effect than many other photos of race cars on Commons.) -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 05:23, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
