The license states that "This work was first published in Tunisia". Since this has been published in Life magazine, the license does not apply. The date also indicates when it has been taken, not when it has been published. It also does not give any clue about the author. Moumou82 (talk) 07:45, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
