The flickrowner has deleted the image before it could be reviewed by the flickr review bot. It is strange that the uploader never typed in a {{Flickrreview}} so that the flickr review bot or an Admin/trusted user would have checked the image file's license at upload. Now, its too late. - I was going t oemail the photographer and ask him for permission -- but he's also removed his Flickrmail link. But see [1] for his 35 photos on Commons, all licensed as CC by SA 2.0. As are all his other photos I spot checked at his Flickr account. So I'm certain the license was valid as of the upload date. Is there an administrative workaround for a situation like this?
