I don't think File:Boron trifluoride diethyl etherate.svg is any more accurate than the nominated image. As far as I can tell, the standard way of depicting the boron trifluoride diethyl etherate complex is with a positive charge on the oxygen atom, a negative charge on the boron atom, and no charge on the fluorine atoms. To be clear, I think both File:Boron trifluoride ether complex.svg and File:Boron trifluoride diethyl etherate.svg are incorrect and should be deleted, to be replaced by File:Boron trifluoride-diethyl etherate.svg. Both the nominated file and also File:Boron trifluoride diethyl etherate.svg are now unused in any COM:EDUSE way. The latter is present in a talkpage discussion for an article about this chemical where it had been used, noting that it is incorrect. DMacks (talk) 14:20, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
