Small photo without metadata, author and uploader are different. I suspect copyright violation. Taivo (talk) 16:37, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear deleter, you are a bit too suspicious. Jerzy Szymura is Bożena's husband. He took this photo, Jerzy is not at Wiki, so he had asked me to place the photo, passing the rights he do not cares about. So stay suspicious and do what you wish to do. I am bored to death by idiots like you. You waste your time destroying instead of building. Wiki will die because of morons like you. Just to recall personal remarks should not have influence on the decision. Fugiel (talk) 20:27, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I understand your anger, Fugiel, I really do. That doesn’t mean that your comments above are not themselves moronic and idiotic. You see, if the kind of cavalier approach to copyright you defend above were enforced, Wikimedia projects would be instantly flooded with lawsuits from photographers — as some may change their minds about verbal private permissions, and others may have been falsely quoted for such permissions. I suggest that, if you really care for Wikipedia and other projects, you educate yourself more about copyright issues. As to personal remarks — no, they do not influence this deletion request (you’d still be wrong even if you hadn’t been a jerk), but they do influence a new blocking of your account. -- Tuválkin 13:25, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
