- Plans? Maybe. But the image in question is not a plan, it's just a photograph of a typical concrete panel exterior of a typical panel house. It's just a purely functional concrete LEGO, there is no space for designer's fantasy. Trycatch (talk) 01:22, 16 June 2011 (UTC)
