Since there is a lack of freedom of panorama in USA a photo of sculpture is not free. This sculpture is in Montana, which apparently is in USA and it was created in 2013. Fair use could apply - but not here. - Per the other deletion request, Mike Cline (the photographer) is attempting to contact the sculptor to see if he will release rights to have the images photographed. Stay tuned and give us about a week to see if we can get this sorted. Montanabw (talk) 00:08, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
- I'd also like to add that for this particular image, the sculpture is almost incidental to the photo, it's the way it looks from the road. As a percentage of the overall photo, it's less than 20 %. Montanabw (talk) 23:10, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
