There is no permission from the author, Robert Bing, who died 1956. Friedrich K. (talk) 19:25, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep, provided the OTRS ticket is valid. When I publish an article/book, I have to transfer the copyright to the publisher, and all requests to republish that material must be directed to the publisher and never to the author.
