I took this photograph and the Flickr page clearly states "All Rights Reserved." You are not the copyright holder and have no right to claim to be the holder or give rights to share or alter the photograph. You had no right to crop it either. 205.178.8.184 22:14, 31 July 2015 (UTC)
Keep: The original file where this cropped version comes has been uploaded in 2011 under the CC-BY-2.0 license, and FlickreviewR confirmed that; therefore, the same license and rights applies to this cropped version.
