Image is clearly a derivative using the work of others, which are unidentified and presumably not copyright free. I don't know who owns the Kylie image, but the other image is copied from the "Church of Siduri" site at http://churchofsiduri.webs.com/ and there is no indication that it is CC-BY-SA 4.0 or freer. The composite image also includes what looks like Kylie song lyrics, which would themselves be copyrighted. Claim of "own work" appears to be inadequate.
