No evidence that published more than 70 uears ago as declared in the copyright template. Ankry (talk) 19:33, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep! This is very old photo, meets {{PD-anon-70-EU}}.Michalg95 (talk) 19:44, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
    • This applies to the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of 70 years after the work was made available to the public and the author never disclosed their identity - When and where the photo was made available to the public? If the date is 12 Feb 2023, then the term expires on 1.1.2094. If it was earlier, you need to provide an evidence, see COM:EVID. Also, a US copyright template is missing. In US copyright status depends on publication date in most cases, see COM:Hirtle chart for details. Ankry (talk) 23:25, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination and COM:PCP. This was likely created in the late 1930s and has a sepia tint, but we'd need more information on when it was published. --Abzeronow (talk) 23:18, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
