Invalid OTRS-ticket. Permission comes from the subject and his statement why he is the copyrightholder is far from sufficiant. Most likely scenario is that he bought the image and asked if he could use it. A transfer of rights has to be motivated a lot better. Natuur12 (talk) 20:20, 10 December 2014 (UTC)
- The stament is something like I own the rights and you don't have to mention the photographer's name but is is appriciated if you do and the photograhper agrees with the image being published. This makes it very unclear if the subject is the copyrightholder since this is the standard awnser of somebody who doesn't know copyright. Natuur12 (talk) 20:23, 10 December 2014 (UTC)
