I think this is own work but it is also on Flickr with an unfree license. Let's get a second opinion here. Same goes for the files listed below. MGA73 (talk) 14:15, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

Arguments for own work:
Wikivoyage user Bz3rk uploaded files on Wikitravel (Wikivoyage) under the username Bz3rk and often added James Willamor as credit.
Some of the files were also uploaded to Flickr by http://www.flickr.com/people/bz3rk/ with the name James Willamor.
So both username and real name is the same. So it is believed that James Willamor is the real name of Bz3rk and that it is the same person who uploaded files on Flickr and Wikivoyage.
If we do not trust own work then many of the other files in Category:Files by Wikivoyage user Bz3rk may also be a problem. They could also be copied from Flickr. --MGA73 (talk) 14:23, 20 January 2013 (UTC)
- I would say that the users probably are the same, but it would be nice to have this verified. The Flickr profile page says that "I love traveling at seeing new places" which may mean that the user may be interested in Wikitravel. The user contributed to Flickr at least as recently as October last year, so it may be possible to contact the user through Flickr for a confirmation. --Stefan4 (talk) 17:55, 20 January 2013 (UTC)
- I send the user a flickr mail and got a mail back saying "Yes, I own the photos and submitted them to Wikitravel as well.". Can send it to OTRS but I do not think it is really needed. --MGA73 (talk) 19:59, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
- Confirming that this ticket shows screen caps of a Flickrmail exchange with the Flickr account owner who did indeed say that. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:17, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
- Not sure if I'm using this correctly. My Wikipedia username is Bz3rk and I am the owner/submitter of the images which are also hosted on my Flickr page. To hopefully clear up any issues I've changed the licensing on all my photos on Flickr to Creative Commons BY-SA so any of my photos can now be used on Wikipedia. --Bz3rk (talk) 15:26, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
