who sets your drawing 'convention'. this is terrific, she's loving it and so is he. let it stand.

claimed permission email, but lacks OTRS ticket. Should go until it has one. Rodhullandemu (talk) 23:08, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Delete it in the name of Jesus! It is very dirty and filthy!! -89.178.157.82 13:51, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete I'm sure we need an OTRS ticket for media which have obvious copyright owned by someone. I dont see a lot of film stills on WP or here. Its really jarring to see this as the lead image for the article on pornographic films, as by convention, i believe, images of intercourse are usually drawings.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 06:33, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keep, "Dirty, filthy" or "usually drawn" are contrary to Wikipedia policy: Wikipedia is not censored: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_censored if it lacks an OTRS ticket, someone from OTRS should look at it, but deleting it seems a little extreme for a lack of paperwork.

But this is not Wikipedia; Commons is intended for copyright-free media and this image is dubious in that regard, whatever other issue may arise. The original uploader has been notified but hasn't edited since June, and prior to that, not in the two preceding years. It is up to the uploader to justify its hosting here, and if that means "paperwork", then that is the requirement. Rodhullandemu (talk) 19:02, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. WikiCommons is also not censored (see: COM:NOT). So, "dirty" and "filthy" are nor arguments for deletion. Lacking OTRS ticket is also not a reason to delete. There is a claim that the permission was sent by email, so the administrators should be asked to check it. If there is really no permission, than it should be deleted. • Commons is for images free of copyright and sorry, at the bottom of each page of the source website appears "© William F. Margold", and this need explicit permission via OTRS to override that. It is the uploader's responsibility to provide this and he has been notified of this discussion. I note I first nominated this image over three months ago, and it's still lingering about. Let's hope Mr Margold doesn't find out and sue us. Rodhullandemu (talk) 00:42, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
