Keep Reproduction of 18th century image. It falls under PD-old or PD-Art.--Anatoliy (talk) 20:43, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please read firstly Ukrainian copyright law. According it the © sign says to us WHO is copyright holder, but not HOW author's rights are served. Do you see the words 'All rights reserved' there? And also Mycrosystem is site developer. Site developer is not always copyright holder.--Anatoliy (talk) 21:00, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. The coat of arms itself is definitely in public domain (1796). I know that heraldry.com.ua do have some restructions, they request to add link to their website (not done here). They create their COAs by themselves using old descriptions. However, I think this situation is rather similar to this of VI where we can use their versions of images as long as COAs are in PD. As the original COA is PD here, we may consider this version in PD as well — NickK (talk) 01:32, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete There are two versions: one looks like a scanned drawing from an old book, while one seems like a MS Paint version of the arms. The source or adequate licencing info of neither is given. PD may cover the design, but the image needs to be free as well. Pitke (talk) 19:43, 5 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
