OTRS ticket:2013051910003473 claims this is a copyright violation. -mattbuck (Talk) 16:16, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- Delete The source site states "Welcome to the LondonFetishScene Wipipedia, the free-content Fetish and BDSM encyclopedia that anyone can edit.". Because anyone can edit, anyone can upload files there. Do they have the same OTRS system we have in place to ensure copyright concerns are addressed? I'm not so sure. Whilst the image is in scope, I think we simply need to apply COM:PRP here. However, I see the uploader on that site is still active; perhaps someone could contact them and ask them for a larger version of the file, or anything that proves their authorship. russavia (talk) 16:26, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- Comment For OTRS. Please don't act upon free email accounts without taking some steps to reasonably verify the contact and the content of the ticket. Remember, en:on the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog. DMCA would be more suitable to this situation; if that editor on the other site agrees to provide a larger version and an OTRS permission; we can look at that too. But it's still a sticky situation where PRP applies in my mind purely because of the nature of the other site. russavia (talk) 16:26, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- I am the copyright holder - I have not given permission for this image to be used by anyone other than the girl in the picture. I have also asked London Fetish Scene to remove it, and sent various other take downs. Please remove this image immediately. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jahc99 (talk • contribs)
- Jahc99, if this is your copyright, we're happy to take it down. As you can probably understand we would like to verify you are the copyright holder to the image. Is there any way you can demonstrate that you hold copyright on the image? russavia (talk) 19:19, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- Delete, as likely copyvio. -- Cirt (talk) 07:03, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
The original, with my mark upon it, can be found Here: https://fetlife.com/users/506754/pictures/7512473. My e mail is (redacted) - I can of course provide the original file, with metadata, etc as well, though obviously just for verification of my claim, not for publishing! If you really need this? Or I can send you a dmca. Or you can just do the right thing and remove this illegal copy from the site.
Deleted: Author has provided originals, with metadata to myself via email (not done via OTRS so that they can be deleted). We now need to go thru all other uploads from that site, and suggest we put it on a blacklist. russavia (talk) 13:22, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
