Delete Shot from indoors. Has to be shot from outdoors in a public space for German FOP (struck since I didn't check that this was Swiss). Abzeronow (talk) 16:15, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment OK, had to look up the Swiss page on FOP. Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Switzerland Two issues seem to arise "Commentators do not agree whether charging entrance fees also makes the place "not public" and therefore not subject to Article 27.[13]" This is a museum, museums tend to charge entrance fees. "Following the majority view in the legal literature, freedom of panorama does not apply to interior spaces.[14] Hence Article 27 cannot be invoked for depictions produced in the staircase or the rooms of a building.[15] It is recognized in the literature that in some cases it can be difficult to determine what constitutes an “interior space”. Part of the literature suggests a differentiation of interior spaces from interior courtyards, with only the latter fulfilling the requirements of Article 27" This is shot from indoors but it's a foyer/lobby with a clear view of outside so might be considered an interior courtyard which may be covered by FOP. @Abzeronow: I don't believe it matters. The artwork can be seen from a public place (outside). Unless very specifically written in law, the actual location of the photographer shouldn't matter. That also works the other way: if I lift my camera above my head to take a picture of something behind a 7ft (2m) wall, I don't get to claim FoP, even if I am standing on a public road. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 16:30, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Kept, per Alexis. Seems like the photo is taken from public place. Taivo (talk) 15:54, 19 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
