This file had been nominated for Speedy Deletion, I believe in error. It had been posted on Flickr with a Public Domain license by Daniel Pope, the spouse of subject Barbara Corrado Pope. The Speedy delete nomination referred to a blog hosted by Google (http://www.jungleredwriters.com/2013/02/barbara-corrado-pope-cheeky-feminist.html) that carries no copyright declaration. The Google terms of service include this sentence: "When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content." Barbara Corrado Pope purchased the original of the photograph in 2008 from a local portrait photographer in conjunction with publicity for publicity for a book she had published in that year. I am her spouse and posted it on Flickr with a public domain license. Please do not remove it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dapope01 (talk • contribs) 06:39, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
