Few days ago, Santiago RD is trying to upload a hoax flag for the Panama province. Initially he uploaded a totally diferent flag, now he claims a flag from Reddit, however FOTW doesn't show a proper flag, but the Panama City flag (Municipio de Panamá) is shown. The regional flags of Panama are approved by Official Gazette, so the only legal form is through a law or decret. Another regional flags are in legal documents, but this doesn't have anyone. -Taichi (talk) 16:57, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
