Keep -- If you had bothered to pay attention and exercise an ordinary degree of care, then you could have rather easily discovered that this is a real-world (though not governmentally-official) flag which has been displayed in physical cloth form on multiple occasions. There's a vector quasi-equivalent File:Gay Pride flag of the United Kingdom.svg, but that has a 2:1 aspect ratio, while the PNG is 5:3, so the two are not fully equivalent (and the physical cloth flag in File:Pride London 2008 063.JPG appears to be closer to 5:3 than 2:1).
