Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter You should assume that a coat of arms drawn by someone else is copyright-protected unless you can demonstrate to the contrary. No usage license documentation, release of rights. Only one copy of the image. The copier itself is saying Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. Kept: Although the Threshold of originality is pretty low in Brazil, per COM:TOO Brazil, I think this design is so simple it will be in PD. Therefore the image can be kept. --Ellywa (talk) 11:50, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
