The file is a satellite image taken by FY-2E satellite of China Meteorological Administration National Satellite Meteorological Center. However, as it is not governmental documents having administrative, legislative or judicial features, the file is ineligible for Template:PD-PRC-exempt. Moreover, as this is not a original file made by NOAA, Template:PD-USGov-NOAA is also inapplicable here, so the file has a chance to be unfree. 廣九直通車 (talk) 11:34, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If the image is indeed not public domain, I would vote Delete. A better, free version of the file exists at File:BOB 01 and Jamala 2013-05-10.jpg Tatiraju.rishabh (talk) 18:44, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
