Promotional poster widely circulating on the web. No evidence that the uploader is the copyright owner or has permission to reuse it. DAJF (talk) 23:59, 5 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Weak delete: Something tells me the uploader (on Flickr) doesn't actually own the image. Somewhat reliable sources have used the image in their articles with sourcing to the Flickr user, but still. It's sort of a gut feeling, though, and I really do want to give benefit of the doubt, but for now, my vote is delete. - Purplewowies (talk) 07:00, 6 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This is not the overall response you wrote in your original reply. You clearly stated that you do not see any problem according to commons policy and licensing, thus giving me the impresson that the licenses are valid and ok. Now, about 2 months later, you change your position. This implies that you've probably not fully checked the pictures which I asked you to check. Furthermore I informed you that I went ahead and placed the available pictures into Wikipedia articles. Even then you did not mention any concerns about license laundering. Myself as a Wikipedia editor, I ought to be able to trust and rely on the word of a Wikipedia & Wikimedia Commons Administrator, most especially after I had expressly asked that Administrator to check the license of the pictures uploaded unto Wikimedia Commons. Once this deletion request is completed, I shall consider to formally report this admin on the appropriate Wikipedia page for sloppiness. 77.4.6.97 15:08, 8 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Unclear copyright status; it's unclear whether the copyright holder is in control of the flickr account. This can be restored if we have COM:OTRS permission from the copyright holder stating that this image is available under an acceptable free license FASTILY 07:24, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
