Per http://www.government.nl/copyright all content of www.government.nl is CC0 unless otherwise specified.
In the Dutch language version: http://www.rijksoverheid.nl/nieuws/2012/03/27/proef-met-geautomatiseerde-zelfservice-paspoortcontrole-op-schiphol.html there is a tooltip crediting "Inge van Mill". The Tooltip is not visible with my Firefox browser, but definitely present in the HTML source code (but not in the english language page version).
Support team tried to inverstigate with both government.nl and Inge van Mill but there has no usable answer been achieved. I have no vote if the image shall be kept or deleted, but nominate it for clearification. Thank you. --Krd 16:43, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disagree with the closure of above discussion. The file is not created by the Netherlands Government, at the website it shows a clear author. The cc-0 not applies and a permission is not given. Martin H. (talk) 21:50, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
