I'm assuming they took the photo from Billboard magazine where it was published originally, almost 50 years prior. They did, but the photo is still copyrighted since it's on the official album. The same photograph is used in the original 1972 album too with a copyright note on the back, seen here. The album was released on August September 1972, two months before its use on Billboard (on November 11, 1972). Yoshiman6464 (talk) 12:35, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
