Double architectural copyright infringements. Both the Presidential Palace and the Parliament Building are copyrighted works: see both Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Ak Orda Presidential Palace and Commons:Deletion requests/File:Парламент Казахстана 2017.jpg. As there is no commercial Freedom of Panorama in Kazakhstan, commercial licensing clearances from the two designers (one architect of the Presidential Palace and the other architect of the Parliament Building) are required.
