The English Wikipedia uploader's description suggests a {{Wikipediaonly}} only permission, even dictating which article it may be used for, contradicting the supposed PD release. —LX (talk, contribs) 13:38, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

 Keep: The image is released into the public domain, so the uploader has stated "I grant any entity the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law". My concern is that the permission in the written description ("Permissions given to Wikipedia to display it ... It should be placed in the article for 'Ashley Williams'") suggests that the uploader did not understand the implications of adding {{PD-self}} to the file. —LX (talk, contribs) 14:07, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
