I think the user is not the owner of the picture, when searching the net, I find this page: http://obozrevatel.com/politics/96520-yatsenyuk-perenyal-u-svobodyi-natsistskoe-privetstvie-foto.htm from April 2013, almost one year older than the upload date. And, google translate tells me, that a user "Andrew Gutkovich" published it on facebook.

i suggest to contact andrew gutkovich if it was he who posted the photo and if not ask him wether he is willingto give the photo to wiki commons. Otherwise i would think you are trying to censor wiki commons. It seems the correct name is andrey gutkovich, i am trying to contact a person with this name in his facebook profile which is from ucrain.

Did you read the discussion attached to the picture? Is it possible, that this picture is just a kind of screenshot of a youtube movie? Which then may(!) mean that the context is different and this Andrew (or andrey) Gutkovich just made a screenshot or extracted a single frame from a work of someone else? --Wurgl (talk) 22:22, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
