"Copyright Museum Arno Breker/MARCO-VG, Bonn Toestemming publicatie" is copyfraud. Arno Breker died in 1991. The photo shows one of his works which is not in {{FOP}} Autumn Windfalls (talk) 13:06, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
- Comment There's an OTRS ticket for this image. I don't know who it's from, but since it's been checked, presumably we can validly host this image? Rodhullandemu (talk) 13:10, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
- Does a non valid ticket matter? --Autumn Windfalls (talk) 13:13, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
- User:Autumn Windfalls: How do you know it's a non valid ticket? You don't seem to have OTRS access. For all I know it contains full permission by the heirs of Arno Breker to use this image.
- It's not very nice to nominate an image that has been validated by OTRS and even worse to accuse people of copyfraud. Please don't do that. If you think a permission needs verification you can go to Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard and politely ask an OTRS volunteer to check it.
- I asked one of the Dutch speaking volunteers to check it. Judging from Wikipedia:Te verwijderen afbeeldingen/Toegevoegd 20070222 this from the first days of OTRS. I really doubt the permission will stand up to the scrutiny of today. Multichill (talk) 16:11, 6 February 2017 (UTC)

- The image is released under CC-BY-SA-2.5 according to the ticket. I don't see any need to delete this file. Ciell (talk) 11:32, 7 February 2017 (UTC)
Kept: OTRS is valid. --Ciell (talk) 11:33, 7 February 2017 (UTC)
