This file was initially tagged by Zinnmann as Speedy (Speedydelete) and the most recent rationale was: Violation of personal rights. Obviously no consent given. --Zinnmann (talk) 08:01, 7 May 2024 (UTC) (Remark: starting regular DR because not a specific SD rationale given) Wdwd (talk) 09:32, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The “Anzeigenhauptmeister” is a public figure (Celebrity). Wikipedia articles in German & English as well as newspaper articles throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Here he is shown in public (public train transport), which means his rights are not harmed.CVComposer (talk) 11:49, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
He's at best a "relative Person der Zeitgeschichte. Depicting them should only take place in the context of events in the public interest. Do you really believe that a secretly taken picture in a train meets this criterium? --Zinnmann (talk) 14:00, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that this image should not be on Commons. Imagine a significantly more "notable" person, such as a politician or a musician with long time fame: would we find it okay to have him photographed in public transport, or in a restaurant, or in a library etc.? Rübenkopf (talk) 15:14, 11 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The person is not depicted in a “private” situation, but shown in public, wearing his “uniform”, riding on a local public transport from one place of public activity—where he had just sought the greatest possible publicity—to the next place of activity, where he will again seek the greatest possible publicity. This is not a photo of Princess Caroline having a private breakfast, this is a picture of Elvis, sitting in the back seat of a car on a public street after he has left the building, on his way to the next show. Deleted: per nomination - this picture violates German rights to privacy imho. --Kritzolina (talk) 08:07, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
