Only non-commercial FOP in South Korea, see COM:FOP#Korea (South). It is not clear if this is permanently installed or if the place is public anyway, so maybe not even the non-commercial FOP applies. Stefan4 (talk) 02:26, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- Keep Bad faith nomination because I opposed some of his nominations on en.wikipedia--Crossmr (talk) 02:41, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- No bad faith nomination. Just a report of a copyvio. --Stefan4 (talk) 03:17, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- What copyvio? Are you implying I didn't take the photo? What you're linking to doesn't make it a copyvio, it refers to commercial use only.--Crossmr (talk) 06:36, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- Comment No he is implying that you could not take picture of copyrighted object/things in South Korea even if it is placed in public area. This problem is well known here under the name lack of Freedom of panorama (FOP). --PierreSelim (talk) 07:18, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- See also COM:L#Acceptable licenses: must not be non-commercial only and COM:L#Interaction of United States copyright law and non-US copyright law: must be free in both the United States and the source country. Sorry if I was unclear in my original formulation. --Stefan4 (talk) 10:38, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- That still doesn't make it a copyright violation. Those pictures are allowed to be taken in Korea. They're not allowed to be used commercially. I don't see the picture being used commercially (even if Commons requires that) so that does not make the image a copyright violation. It may make it unsuitable for for commons.--Crossmr (talk) 12:47, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
