Comment In what is this file not realistically useful for an educational purpose? It does not fall into "Commons is not an amateur porn site" because it was kepted in the first deletion with the rationale "Porno" is not a valid reason for deletion." as are all files that are argumented to be "Porn" kepted because that is not a valid reason to delete files.
