This file is a photo of a family portrait that has been posted without my consent (the photo was taken at my home!). I am the sole owner of this file and therefore request its immediate removal from Wikipedia / Wikicommons. François870 (talk) 14:08, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
- François870: Per Commons:Copyright_rules_by_subject_matter#MUSEUM this matter is between you and your guest. Since the subject of the painting lived in the 18th century and the art style is old, I'm assuming it's in the public domain. The photograph can only be deleted if the painting is copyrighted.
