Description cites a 2007 book and source lists a website that doesn't seem to release things under a CC license. Dubious whether photographer is truly unknown. Abzeronow (talk) 13:56, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Abzeronow: The photograph is correctly tagged. As a 2-d work on a flat wall, according to PD-Art, the photographer does not hold a copyright. The artwork itself cannot be copyrighted because of Slovak freedom of panorama laws. I am not sure whether the previous version is free, and if not it should be deleted. • Not sure if graffiti counts as "permanently located in a public place" but I do suspect the graffiti itself is not copyrightable. Even in the photograph contours of the wall itself are shown and might be considered a photograph of a 3D surface and thus photograph might be copyrightable. Personally, I'd like to keep the photograph but I just had enough doubt to be concerned about the copyright of the photograph. Abzeronow (talk) 18:02, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
