Google finds this on https://www.journals.elsevier.com/chemical-engineering-journal/editorial-board/annemie-bogaerts - think we need OTRS Gbawden (talk) 07:16, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the info. Annemie Bogaerts herself as requested me to update the photo as she provided. How do I proceed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by KaEmVe (talk • contribs) 09:56, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@KaEmVe: You claimed this as your own work. The person who took the photo needs to release it via our COM:OTRS process Gbawden (talk) 13:01, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I'll ask Annemie who took the photo (The background is recognizable as one of the UA buildings, so it was on campus) Should we in the mean time remove it to avoid problems? If so, she explicitely asked me to avoid publishing the previous photo to be used, so it should not be restored. — Preceding unsigned comment added by KaEmVe (talk • contribs) 15:17, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I mailed the publisher from the original file (Elsevier). The request has been opened as Ticket number 210407-015180. I received this info:

Would this statement be sufficient to have it accepted? KaEmVe (talk) 13:42, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If Elsevier actually owns the copyright, then yes. If Bogaerts supplied Elsevier with the photo for her profile page on Elsevier's site, but the photo copyright was not formally transferred to Elsevier or not owned by Bogaerts when she signed a transfer to them, then we still need to track down who really owns the copyright and can properly release it. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:24, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination - the image will be restored if a valid permission is received. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 09:25, 7 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
