as the author of the photo I've cancelled it from my album on flickr for the request of the person being photographed. With the cancelation from my flickr album I cancelled the rights for using this picture anywhere else. if you have any questions please contact me: daniel.kruczynski@gmail.com please delete this photo as soon as possible. thank you. • The salient point here is that the subject did not consent to release. As such, it would be invidious to retain the images on a technicality - formally the photographer probably did not have the right to release but in any case not being evil is a good enough reason in my opinion. •  Keep Already keeped on June 2010, on a deletion request with the same arguments, albeit that request was a little confusing.

There are also others deletions requests, that have been keeped at the same time:

This image(s) where upload to commons in 14 and 15 of February 2010 and were flickrevied as being correctly licensed and publicly avaible and published on a public site. Also i´ve to comment that "With the cancelation from my flickr album I cancelled the rights for using this picture anywhere else" is true that Daniel Kruczynski (between 15 of February and 29 of November) stopped distributing this image(s), but did not cancelled the rights to use this image abywhere else as creative commons licenses are irrevocable. The singer depicted is a famous and public know polish singer so the expectancy of their image rights are lower than anonymous people, and this image seems to me that was taken in a public setting. Also i´ve got to ask as to why as this singer requested that this images be deleted, as i dont see any kind of slander or derrogatory content to this singer? So i say keep this image as it is a freely licensed image without derrogatory and libel content of a notable and public person, as others images on equal circumstances have been kepted.
