I see no evidence this file is public domain. This might be a case of license laundering.
In particular, the metadata for this photo has this information in it:

Since the image itself in its metadata claims to not be public domain (nor licensed under a compatible CC license), and since the uploader has not presented evidence that Alina l'Ami has, in fact, released this picture to the public domain, I think we should delete it from the Wikimedia. There are plenty of open content pictures of Giri which are not questionable. Samboy (talk) 13:29, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
