[I am the uploader] Bad faith, disruptive nomination of Silar (talk · contributions · Statistics) after surfing around Silar's contribuitions and nominating some files for deletion (details at User talk:Silar). This is a 7 year old file and it's quite normal that Agência Brasil has changed in this time his url/domain-structure = previously http://www.agenciabrasil.gov.br which now redirects to http://agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br.

No, of course I am NOT the copyright holder. Did you really checked the file and understood the file information & license? The files are licensed via {{Agência Brasil}}. And I am now really quite concerned about the uploads from this user taken from external sources if they are appropriately licensed... Gunnex (talk) 12:49, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
