This file was initially tagged by Pokéfan95 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: http://www.revistagadgets.com/www/2012/08/28/la-nasa-lanzara-satelites-con-sistema-operativo-android/ Amitie 10g (talk) 05:31, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Amitie 10g: Can you please explain why you converted the copyvio tag to a DR? Thanks, Poké95 09:12, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The Andorid Robot logo is licensed under the CC-BY license and the author is Google (a third party website cannot be attributed as the author). This file is licensed under the CC-BY-SA, however. --Amitie 10g (talk) 16:13, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I know that the Android logo is licensed under CC-BY, but this image is a derivative of the Android Robot logo. Since the Android logo lacks a ShareAlike clause, derivative works can be relicensed under any license, even the non-free ones. This image has appeared on other sites, where one of those sites is shown here. Per standard practice, the copyright holder must send an email to the OTRS when an image is published on another site before the date of upload. Poké95 08:53, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination - also out of scope, using such a derivate or the logo makes no sense if we can simply use the real one. --Jcb (talk) 10:39, 7 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
