Probable copyright infringement due to confusion between U.S. Federal government (which places all its work into the public domain) and U.S. state governments (which is based upon the state laws of each of the 50 individual governments). Article source includes a clear copyright claim at the bottom of the page, complete with the "All Rights Reserved" statement, so there is no evidence the state of Nevada releases its intellectual property into the public domain. - The same 2010 copyright is visible on all pages of this website. The prisoner information on the page is attributed to "Nevada State Prison inmate case file #1479". This same source is cited in this other book published in 1989 and further attributed to "Nevada Division of Archives and Records". This record is part of the state of Nevada, not the federal government, but the case file is presumed to be dated between the arrest of Andriza Mircovich in May 1912 and execution in May 1913.
