The picture is taken and uploaded without permission. Peterweter23 (talk) 13:20, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
- Wikimedia Commons is not the same community as the Dutch Wikipedia, so the background of this deletion request is unknown. Please specify without whose permission this picture is taken. Chescargot (talk) 13:27, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
- Note: for context, see nl:Talk:Amelie Albrecht. The discussion on Commons:Deletion requests/File:Jade Mintjens door Dirk Annemans in 2023.jpg is probably also relevant. Wutsje 15:26, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
- Note: The "permission" Peterweter23 refers to, is the permission of the subject, not the permission of the author. All relevant permissions ("Own work") seem to be correct. This seems like a deletion request without any merit, motivated by conflict of interest. Zanaq (talk) 17:18, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
Kept: The picture is taken during a public event and the subject is a public person. Therefor the pictures don’t appear to violate com:IDENT. That reportedly an entrance fee was paid does not negate this. Courtesy deletions can be conducted on the request of photographers or the subject on very rare occasions (but seldom if a picture is taken at a public event), not on behave of third parties who’s affiliation is unclear. Personality rights are a non-copyright restriction and therefore limitations regards commercial use are not a reason to delete a file under Commons policy. --Natuur12 (talk) 19:21, 21 November 2023 (UTC)
