- There neither is an obligation to exclusively upload images with certain EXIF data, nor with a special format. You can also upload images without EXIF data; there specially is no need to add EXIF data to images, which don't have it. Also can you upload images in any format you like - JPG with 720 pixels is nothing special at all. If an image is an own work, you just state "own work" and that is it. There is no problem apparent.
- It seems to me like the DR aims at trying to institute additional requirements for image uploads (like "only with EXIF data" or "only certain formats"). Adding such additional requirements is out of scope of single deletion requests. "Deletion requests are not the place to attempt to change Commons policy, nor may requests be made simply to make a point. Any such requests may be speedily closed" - I will implement this here. - Meanwhile Roland zh himself kindly asked to make a "kept" decision by a Wikimedia Commons administrator.[1] We now agree that there is no ground for deletion of this file. Keep: Since no valid reason for deletion has been given, there is no reason to keep this request open. Your try to institute additional requirements for image uploads, which are not backed up by the according rules - at least not by the rules in their current form -, is out of scope to the deletion request. Commons:Deletion requests makes it very clear: Deletion requests are not the place to attempt to change Commons policy. Any such requests may be speedily closed. I do not have a problem granting you the additional six or what it is days anyway, but in the absence of a valid deletion reason I do not see use in leaving the request open.
