file comes from the lost gallery, where it has been published with a "all rights reserved" tag. As it is not an historical work of art depicting the named person but a modern photomontage made of several pieces (including an anachronistic shield of post 1316 brittany taken from commons), PD-OLD cannot apply. It is pure 21th photoshp forgery, which creates a new copyirght, which is dellusive and should not be used to illustrate an article.
