This file was initially tagged by BU Rob13 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Very obviously a selfie, but the claimed creator of the work is not the subject. Not an own work. ticket:2017092010020106 is related.

@Alexis Jazz: I can't disclose what's in the ticket, but it isn't particularly necessary to understand the DR. It's a selfie by someone other than the uploader, so the uploader is not the copyright holder; the person who took the selfie is. It's a rather obvious copyright violation. It's rather important. If the uploader erroneously selected "own work" but you have a perfectly valid ticket from the photographer (assumed to be Alida), just fix the file page details. This picture was taken so long ago that I cannot recall whether she or I took it. Sure, the pose makes it look like a selfie, but I'm more inclined to think it wasn't. Morne (talk) 12:36, 22 August 2018 (UTC)

Hold for a second. Waiting on a response to the OTRS ticket. I had nominated this based off of the picture looking rather obviously (at the time) like a selfie, but if there is a specific claim this isn't a selfie, I'll dig deeper. ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 01:56, 23 August 2018 (UTC)

Besides that the photo is not essential to our projects, as it illustrates a "person" in all pages where it appears but one. By that I mean that it can be easily replaced. --Ruthven (msg) 14:21, 31 August 2018 (UTC)
