Keep Commons:Country specific consent requirements states, that in Poland: "Consent is not required in the case of the publishing of the image: of a commonly known person [public figure], if the picture was taken in connection with the exercise of their public function, in particular political, social, professional" The file was uploaded into Flickr 9 years ago. In addition, such kind of anonymous requests are not good: how do we know, that you are who you claim to be? Taivo (talk) 18:58, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
Kept: Per comment by Taivo. If you are genuinely the depicted person, then perhaps if is best to email your concerns to Wikimedia directly. It would be unusual to delete a file without some confirmation of identity. Green Giant (talk) 03:56, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
