German FoP doesn't allow photos of architecture taken from a higher viewpoint, see de:Hundertwasserentscheidung. Code (talk) 06:10, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

 Deleted, actually German FOP allows photos from higher viewpoint. The viewpoint must be freely accessible to everybody. I think, that for this photo such place does not exist. Taivo (talk) 13:31, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
