I am just not speedy deleting it, I am not saying it is in or out of copyright. We have a situation where there is a claim that it is in the public domain, and a claim that it is CV. We talk and make a decision.  — billinghurst sDrewth 21:08, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. The last paragraph of license says: "Intellectual products generated under an employment relationship in the public sector or financed through public funds that generates intellectual property rights, will be considered to be in the public domain, while maintaining the authors' rights to public recognition." And this is CoA of local government. License seems plausible. Taivo (talk) 16:06, 27 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The last paragraph of license says: "Intellectual products generated under an employment relationship in the public sector or financed through public funds that generates intellectual property rights, will be considered to be in the public domain, while maintaining the authors' rights to public recognition." And this is CoA of local government. License seems plausible." AbchyZa22 (talk) 09:51, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
