Belgium has no FOP, sculptor is past away since 1986 Brbbl (talk) 12:12, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - see above (there's even no sculpture on it) --LimoWreck (talk) 20:04, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Keep - As I am the photographer of this picture, I protest against eventual deletion. The subject of the picture is not the statue (which is more or less invisible) but the monument as a whole. Paul Hermans (talk) 20:58, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Keep - This picture is more a landscape than anything else. --Foroa (talk) 06:52, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep De minimus/incidental inclusion. Even at highest resolution the sculpture is only visible as a small distant figure with no details. -- Infrogmation (talk) 17:39, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep per original nom,  Delete per no FOP on the monument as a whole (built in 1938, unless designer died before construction no 70 years pma). I couldn't find anything about Julien De Ridder passing away before the monument was built. Added to that, at least one other website doesn't show pictures because they wouldn't be allowed[1]. Incidental inclusion/de minimis rather inapplicable. NielsF ? (en, nl, fr, it) 19:29, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Keep - Almost nothing to see from the statue. Sonuwe (talk) 12:21, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kept.  — Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 03:25, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
