Original "poster" created around 1936-38 and likely still copyrighted by original artist, despite PD-claim of french source website of the reproduction. Initially tagged as no-perm, but now filed a DR to attract more opinions about the case. --Túrelio (talk) 10:36, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
Hello everyone, I am not real sure I had to write in the Discussion page, sorry if I made the mistake. I just wanted to provide all of the information I wrote on Túrelio's userpage. I hope this will help. Have a nice day, Claudi Balaguer/Capsot (talk) 11:01, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comment - Since the work was produced in Spain in the midst of the civil war, and even the BNF does not have information on the author or authors, would it not fall under the following (from COM:L#Spain): "If the 'intellectual property' of the work isn't owned by anybody, or it is a collective work where individual authors are not identifiable, this work would be on public domain after 70 years since the date of publication." It's possible that it just recently became public domain. --Skeezix1000 (talk) 12:15, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
Kept: we don't have an author (person), so {Anonymous-EU} Jcb (talk) 15:54, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
Still copyrighted because author ca:Pere Català i Pic died in 1971. You can see at [1] or search for "Aixafem el feixisme" in Google. Source of file, original uploader and people in previous deletion request (Commons:Deletion requests/File:AixafemElFeixisme.jpeg) just failed to find author.
