No freedom of panorama in France. Lymantria (talk) 22:04, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- Does it apply also for File:Émile Boisseau Statue Lamartine Aix-les-Bains 002.jpg; File:Émile Boisseau Statue Lamartine Aix-les-Bains 002.jpg etc? All of them are remakes by the same sculptor. Akela3 (talk) 22:19, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- No, it doesn't, because the sculpturer of these two died more than 70 years ago. These two sculptures are therefore in public domain. Kind regards, Lymantria (talk) 22:28, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- "Same author" = I mean same as the "Dame a la musique, 2011", by Livio Benedetti, he himself "adapted" the Lamartine sculpture in 1990. See File:Émile Boisseau Statue Lamartine Aix-les-Bains Detail.jpg. Next candidate: Category:François Louis Forestier by Henri Bouchard (H.B. died in only 1960). --Akela3 (talk) 22:59, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, I overlooked the "adaption". Yes indeed, those sculptures are all stil copyrighted and France does not have freedom of panorama. Kind regards, Lymantria (talk) 23:17, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
